Contact
We answer within one working day, usually sooner, unless we're halfway up a wall.
One way in, and it works well: send the five things below and our first reply can be a survey date rather than a list of questions.
What to send
Door count
How many letterboxes you need, or how many apartments if the old bank has fewer doors than flats.
Rough age of the building
The decade is plenty. A 1960s brick block and a 2020 new build are very different walls.
A photo of the existing bank
Front and back if you can get at it. The back tells us more than the front ever does.
Whether there is a mail room
If the posties load from a locked room, a rear-loading bank is probably the answer.
Whether it's urgent
If this follows a break-in, open with the word break-in and it goes to the top of the pile. Saturday mornings we come out to secure the doors.
When
Hours
Installs finish at 3:30pm so the drilling stays inside most body corporate noise rules.
